FAQ

Questions, answered clearly.

What membership includes, how tables change, when restaurants are revealed, and what you pay for at dinner.

Will I sit with the same people every time?

No. You do not join a fixed group. We build a new table for every reservation with the goal of introducing you to people you have not met. As the community grows, you may occasionally see someone you have met before.

Is this networking?

It is a social dinner, not a traditional networking event. There are no name tags, pitch decks, or forced icebreakers. You share a table with people who understand the work and let the conversation happen naturally.

Do I have to apply?

No. There is no manual approval process in active cities. Create your dinner profile, choose a membership, and book an available dinner.

How are tables curated?

We look at your city, work background, preferences, availability, attendance history, and recent tables. We use that information to decide which six people should meet at each dinner.

When do I learn the venue?

We reveal the restaurant on the morning of your dinner. You will see the details in the app and receive them by email.

Can I see who is coming before dinner?

You cannot browse the guest list before booking. Once your table is finalized and the restaurant is revealed, you may see optional introductions written by your tablemates. You meet everyone in person at dinner.

How does follow-up work?

After dinner, privately choose who you would like to reconnect with. A private chat opens only when both people choose each other. A table conversation can also continue when enough people from that dinner opt in.

What does membership include, and is the meal included?

Membership includes access to After Business Club, two or four dinner reservations per monthly cycle, table curation, restaurant coordination, and member app features. Food, drinks, tax, and tip are not included. You pay the restaurant directly.

What if my city is not open yet?

Request access. We open rooms city by city when there is enough demand.

What happens if I no-show?

Cancel at least 24 hours before dinner to release your seat without a strike. A cancellation inside 24 hours or a no-show counts as a strike and may affect booking access. Two strikes within six months can end your membership because every empty seat affects the other people at the table.
