Terms of Service

The agreement behind the table.

Last updated June 18, 2026. These Terms govern your membership in and use of After Business Club. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or joining, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

After Business Club (“After Business,” the “Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a membership dinner club operated by Vision 360 Media LLC (“the Company”), located at 2420 E 28th Street, Signal Hill, CA 90755. You can reach us any time at help@afterbusiness.club. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the Company.

2. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account, submitting an application, purchasing a membership, or reserving a seat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Club.

3. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • Membership is invitation- and approval-based; applying does not guarantee acceptance, and we may decline or revoke access at our discretion.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your profile up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You may not transfer, share, or sell your account or membership.

4. Membership & billing

  • Membership is offered on recurring plans: monthly ($100), quarterly ($275), and half-yearly ($500), each billed in advance to the payment method on file.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize the Company to charge your payment method the applicable fee on each renewal until you cancel.
  • Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • The cost of the meal at the restaurant is paid by you directly to the venue and is not included in membership.
  • We may change membership prices on a going-forward basis; we will give notice before a price change takes effect, and continued membership after the change constitutes acceptance.

5. Cancellations & refunds

  • You may cancel your membership at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Except where required by law, membership fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods and for periods in which you did not attend a dinner.
  • Promotional offers, free trials, and promo codes are subject to their own terms (see Section 7).

6. Reservations & attendance

Seats are limited and curated. When you reserve a seat, you are making a commitment to the other members at your table. Our attendance policy:

  • Cancelling more than 24 hours before a dinner is free.
  • Cancelling within 24 hours of a dinner incurs a $50 late-cancellation fee.
  • Not showing up to a reserved dinner incurs a $100 no-show fee and counts as a strike.
  • Two strikes within any six-month period may end your membership.

By reserving a seat, you authorize the Company to charge the late-cancellation or no-show fee described above to your payment method on file. These fees protect the table and our venue relationships; we disclose them at reservation and with each venue reveal so they are never a surprise.

7. Promotional offers & promo codes

  • Promo codes, free trials, and first-dinner offers are limited, may be restricted to new members, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
  • A free trial that requires a card on file converts to a paid membership at the standard rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • We may limit, modify, or revoke any offer, and may void redemptions we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or made through multiple accounts.

8. Member conduct

You agree to treat the Club and its members with respect. You will not:

  • Harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against any member, guest, or venue staff.
  • Use the Club, dinners, or member information to spam, solicit, recruit for multi-level marketing, or pursue purposes other than genuine connection.
  • Misuse another member's contact information, or share it without their consent.
  • Record other members without consent, or post their information publicly.
  • Misrepresent who you are, what you do, or your reasons for joining.

We may warn, suspend, or remove members for conduct that harms the table, other members, our venues, or the Club, with or without a refund, depending on the circumstances.

9. Connections & member information

After a dinner, contact and connection are exchanged only when both members independently choose to connect. Information you receive about another member is shared in confidence for the purpose of that connection. Using it for unsolicited marketing, data scraping, or any purpose the member would not reasonably expect is a violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Club's name, brand, site, content, and software are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the site and app to participate in the Club. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Third parties & venues

Dinners take place at independent restaurants we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the food, service, safety, or conduct at any venue, or for the conduct of other members. We rely on third-party providers (including Stripe for payments and our infrastructure providers) whose own terms may apply.

12. Disclaimers

The Club and site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any dinner, connection, or outcome will meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the conduct of any member or venue. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Club will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Club, your conduct at dinners, your interactions with other members, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Club at any time by cancelling your membership. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or conduct that harms the Club or its members. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree first to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
